Includes all of the above plus an
additional consultation meeting with bride, free décor
for head, gift and cake tables. Meetings with all vendors,
vendor selections. (Approx. 40 hours of coordination)

A – Larry will research
your needs and recommend in a written report, 4 venues
for either ceremony or reception, or both if at the
same location. Includes one personal walk through at
one location.
Plan B – Larry
will personally escort you and your groom or other friend
or relative, on a 6 hour site inspection tour of up
to 4 venues to include introductions to catering staff
at each facility and his personal recommendation for
the best location. Also includes a complimentary lunch.
Hourly consultation rate: $55.00
